Offshore Outsourcing IT Services

For an IT services startup (Application/Web/Mobile dev, AI/ML, Cloud/Hosting) , How to create network or find leads. I'm an IT consultant with over 20 years experience in UK and have started an IT services/consultancy company with great brains (resources) offshore. The cost difference in salaries/package is very significant. The challene is how to find companies who are potentially interested to get their work completed at reduced cost from offshore ?
Any help or a brainer will be highly appreciated.

People don’t care about you, your business or necessarily your services. What they want is to make more money, be more efficient, cut cost etc.

They definitely don’t want a consultant.

You need to start promoting solutions to problems. For example show how an app can generate more sales.

The obvious first thing to do would be to ask the people that you have worked with / for over the last 20 years if they are interested in your services today.
It's a good suggestion but I have worked with mainly large Enterprises and they always go after big reputable professional services and consulting companies. For small or startups, it's very difficult to have 1st few customers/companies on board.

You will need to focus on small businesses. Large ones have preferred suppliers and want assurances that you dont go out of business and leave them stuck. I have dealt with large offshore IT consultancies for years including headstrong, Tata, IBM and they all suffer from Attrition. You train someone for 5 years, they leave and provide you with a school leaver. Never ending cycle and you end up bringing back in house for anything important.

I recommend you contact agencies and freelancers and sell them your services, or partner with them to sell your services to clients, they do the marketing and project management and you do everything else,.
