There are hundreds of infographic/ image submission sites, but most of them won't be very useful for SEO. A better way would be to find the kind of sites that are actually interested in the theme of the image/ infographic, and promote it to them directly.

Image sharing holds relatively low value in terms of back link value. If you have an infographic or something image-like to use for off-page, you can try outreaching to prominent websites and influencers in your niche. It's an effective method to build high quality back links.
Infographic directories and image sharing sites can bring some back links, but they won't be anywhere near as good as outreach back links.
PS: Don't use fiverr for offpage SEO. It's of zero use.
