Newsletter E-Mailing Script

Guys,

Am fed up now. Anyone know of a easy-to-use, simple to setup, hassle free e-mail script that I can upload onto a domain, connect to the database and start sending messages out?

Have spent ages this morning trying to configure one that I 'thought' would be great, but it's still got lots of little 'things' wrong with it and I can't be bothered to waste any more time with it now

An subscribe/unsubscribe function would be desirable.

PHP/MySQL if possible, but as long as it works I don't really mind....

FYI I have looked at PHP Lists and am looking for something even simpler if possible.....:|

Hi All,

Have used Pommo for the last year and thoroughly recommend it. It's a simple mass mailer which has a subscribe/unsubscribe system and allows for user information to be added (i.e. will send email with "dear [name]" etc..).

PHP/MySQL and AJAX interface. Simple to use and so far... reliable. Allows both HTML and text only.

Only drawback is that it does not provide any statistics on bounce backs, click throughs, etc.

I should have said it's for an organisations website/system so won't be looking to purchase/buy any thing/services.
