wont bother putting the link but got a newish site yourcasinobonuses.co.uk

got some pages that go 2-3 pages deep and pages off them im struggling to get indexed

Im limiting the amount of offers on each page to about 20 so don't over dilute, then link to more others on the next page at the bottom then have another page of offers, it will make more sense when you look

trouble is the further I go the harder im finding it to get pages indexed, like the mcbookie casino page. It was the last page I added and it is linked from a page 4 pages away from the homepage. crawled and indexed it in WMT as well as a couple of other pages and they can't be found (just noticed that particular page has been crawled but isn't in the index at all).

I know there aren't many links pointing to the site nevermind deep links but apart from links is there anything I could do or improve on to get those far away pages indexed and ranking?

From experience, I would tend to add links to the internal pages. It always works for me. For some reason, Google is a bit slow in showing internal pages, possibly due to low authority or some other feature. I have added links from expired aged tumblr blogs to good effect.

I couldn't even find the mcbookie page. Is there an easy trail for Google to follow to get to that page?

Hello TheBookiesOffers.

I couldn't find a sitemap on your site, so sort that out, and upload it via Google Webmaster Tools providing you have an account. On the GWT dashboard, left hand side, click on Crawl, then Sitemap, submit the sitemap.xml file there. It will show how many pages have been submitted, and how many have been indexed, it will take a while though.

Then click on Fetch As Google, again left hand side, under Crawl. Top right hand side, there is a red button "Fetch", click on that. Again, it will take time, but it does somewhat speed things up.

Cheers, Ace.

And that's probably why Google hasn't bothered - too many jumps to get there.

If you had a series of links at the bottom taking me to page 2, 3, 4 ... x then google might be more likely to visit each one. After the first page I got bored as the content was very similar for each provider. There was no incentive to keep going, Google probably felt the same way.
