Newco Logo, feedback

Hi guys,

I'm playing around trying to come up with a company logo for a new care home company we've set up - any feedback on what you think design wise, colour, easy on the eye or not etc would be appreciated.

I'm a clean, simple and modern minded person for logos, but hopefully it's something that does stand out a bit too.

Just my personal opinion but I would try and split the text up and make it more readable. The first thing that grabbed my attenton was the graphic but this didnt help me to understand what your company offer.

Looks like it's trying to be the apex of a roof?

It's 'ok' but you need to get a better balance between the text and the device.

haha the bubbles were supposed to be shaped to form an A... But clearly it's, well, not clear.

Back to the drawing board!
