Back in 2007, UKBF regular mattk set up an excellent thread full of advice on how to improve your presence online. You've probably spotted it as it was made a sticky and sat at the top of this list until recently.
Things have moved on a fair bit since '07 and, following recommendations from a few members, we wanted to start afresh and pull together your best short pieces of advice, handy tools and quick answers to what you feel are the most pressing questions that people may have.
Add your tips in here and, once we've got a good body of advice, we can turn it into a UKBF-produced guide to help anyone with questions about getting started when developing their online presence.
