New start up company

hi my name is Wesley, I'm currently about to start a new business which I have spent the last year researching.
However, there seems to be a few hurdles in my way. This is the first time I have tried to start a business and I feel a little bit lost to be honest.
I have hundreds of potential clients but feels my lack of business brain is holding me back.
I came on here to look for guidance and help if there is any out there.
I am based in liverpool

If you ask key and specific questions, esp. those relating to where to go for further info or training, the folks here will point out the way for you (though usually in different directions!)

If I were you, my first port-of-call would be a copy of 'Starting a Business for Dummies'. I believe it costs about a tenner and is loaded with useful tips.

Thanks for your advice. My main concern is funding I have loads of potential orders but the cost of getting my shipment to the uk is going to be a lot more than I have. My order needs to be large enough to sustain my business plan for the first three months

wesley please advise about the shipment what kind of hurdles you are facing?. either delay or higher shipping cost.?. what is the commodity (product).

Hi I'm worried about the shipping costs but mainly how to get the product through without delays and stuff. I would rather not divulge the products information at the present time that's just due to my business not up and running yet

if the commodity or product can be available or produced in Pakistan than i can gave you door delivery at your door step and Time and Action plan shall be decided before you proceed the order and shall be inform on each step. if been sourced somewhere else than you should find the vendor same capacity that gave you door delivery and shall advise you Time and Action plan before proceeding anything and during manufacturing shall keep you inform and send pics or "work in procss" if somone is not doing the same than its been very hard for you to come out in this situation as many vendors shipment late and its common phenomena. Only professional can handle it carefully.

If you don't have a business brain then maybe a partner or a good accountant would be useful. Or just someone in a similar niche who could act as a mentor.
