What do you think of the new names for the London overground lines? They include Suffragette, WIndrush and Lioness.

I can't help thinking this is all far too much political correctness (to use an outdated term). I mean, those things have no connection to the lines whatsoever.

Why not name them something related to where they go? I mean, I know the Picadilly Line does, in fact, go through Picadilly Circus, but what's wrong with calling it the Cockfosters Line?

Rather they spent the money on sorting out punctuality and cleanliness personally
The underground/overground is pretty clean and punctual. At least, the bits I use regularly are.

The underground is definitely not clean when you compare it to similar systems in other countries. As for punctual, it depends on the line. The District Line hasn't been punctual for the last 25 years.
