New here, running a small photography setup in the UK

Hi everyone,
I’ve recently started a small photography setup here in the UK, mainly working with business owners and small events. Still learning a lot and thought I’d join this forum to connect and share experiences.
Looking forward to learning from others here.
We can be found at Legacy Productions on google (business with 3 reviews)

Welcome to the forum @Legacy121.

Hopefully you will get answers to your questions and be able to contribute to others.

Given the quality now available from a mobile phone camera as well as the plethora of free tools is it getting harder to find new clients?

We just started a week ago so got nothing for now. Been doing it with other agencies as part of job so now decided to do the same for ourselves. Hoping to get something soon :)

Assuming you're not this crowd...

I think you should look at a new name before it's too late.
We are legacyproductions.co.uk, I am thinking to change as well cuz of this crowd as well, didn't know before that something with same name already existed. Might have to check if the name is patented already (if not we might patent it, if it is then we will have to definitely change it)

A much simpler and more effective name would be to use yours.

Bob Smith Photography works well as does Smalltown Photography (and variant therof).

These are more personal which creates a local feel to the business.
