Hello All,

I have custom eCommerce script build for commercial purpose. The inspiration for this script is from fancy social eCommerce website. We have almost all the similar functionality of fancy.

Buyer, Seller and Administrator are the only members. Buyers buys an item, admin receives the fund and seller got the notification. Then seller deliver the product and buyer confirms the receipt to admin. Then admin send the sellers part of payment. It's how the system is working now.

Everything works fine and perfect, but we would like to introduce the new option called "STORES". So, there will be one more member or property called stores.

But we have got no enough idea about how these stores can be implemented simply into any eCommerce system.

Your valuable suggestions are most welcome.

Regards

Hello Fisicx,

I am not sure you are trying to help me or kidding me. I am from that company only. We have a script already and I am not here to promote it. Please understand that. I am looking for ideas to enhance my eCommerce solution to take it in a better way. Thanks for your co-operations.

Regards

But your site says you are specialists at this sort of thing. Why not just ask one of the cloning experts to use an existing 'stores' platform.

It's not difficult.

All you have to do is build a new set of database tables and an admin back end. Everything else will just use the existing platform for the UI. There isn't anything complex about this at all.

I really appreciate your input fisicx. Seems like you are developer.

But question was not about the technical perspective. It's about the how to use stores. My idea was one seller and one store for him. The seller can create a store and they can post product for their stores. The other idea was, admin creating the stores and seller claiming them. But not sure which idea will reach more sellers and vendors.

I hope you got my question now.

I feel the first idea would go better...seller can create the store as it would give them more sense of personlization with the store ....

Hello Jasmine,

I agree. That's what I feel is the better. So, for each seller account, we can allow them to create one store, wherein they can post their product for sale under their account. The problem we have in this will be, there is a possibility that they can use the brand name for the stores which we have to restrict.
