Need a fast moving solicitor to deal with commercial lease

Hi,

We're looking for recommendations for a solicitor to deal with a commercial lease for premises we plan to move in to.

We'd really like this to be done in weeks rather than months.

Priority 1 = Speed
Priority 2 = Thoroughness
Priority 3 = Price

Can anyone offer any recommendations?

Recommendations for solicitors on this forum are not going to be worth much because every situation and lease is different.

There is not going to be much difference between established solicitors who have had their skin in the game for a number of years.

Some will lay on sandwiches at your first meeting and some will just offer you tea (at £350 per hour in either case) but the law relating to leases is the same and you will receive similar advice from any competent commercial solicitor anywhere.

@Gyumri - you keep quoting these hourly rates and whilst I agree this figure does appears on many sites it doesn’t mean they all charge the same. You can get legal advice a lot cheaper than this.

You are quite right - that's why I said "some solicitors" and not "all solicitors."

Like anything else one has to shop around.
