Need a cheap VoIP provider for making foreign phone calls

I need to call a lot of foreign companies and if I did it on my mobile phone I'd be bankrupt in days. I was thinking that a VoIP service with a softphone that works on macOS would probably solve my problem. So A) can anyone recommend a VoIP provider and B) could someone explain the process of getting things working on a Mac?

I don't mind paying for a softphone application on the Mac if required but I'd rather keep expenses as low as possible.

I can recommend a VoIP provider

International calling can be quite tricksie, the cheap VoIP companies often use grey routes and dodgy intermediaries, you get dropped and noisy calls with no CLI. Post Brexit rates to Europe have got horrible too.

Anyway, yes, we have a free soft phone that works with Mac. There's nothing much to it, you sign up for a service, download the free softphone, put some calling credit on your account and off you go. There's a 30 day free trial. Or just give us a call and talk it through with one of the guys - they're support, not sales.

Thank you very much! I'll look through the available options.
