More website traffic

This is too broad of a question to be able to give you a particularly helpful answer. First of all, you have two options:

Pay for traffic (Adwords, Facebook Ads etc...)

Payperclick would probably be your best option, but not your only option. If you go this route you need to have a decent budget. It's really all about the numbers and whether you can sell enough (or convert enough visitors) to make a profit over and above your advertising costs.

Option 2: SEO and oragnic traffic

In my opinion, SEO should be grouped together with social media, content marketing and general traffic generation. To be successful you need a balanced strategy. Unfortunately this means that there is a lot to learn if you don't already know what you're doing. The things you need to read up on are:

Basic onpage SEO
At least 1 or 2 social networks (Google+ recommended)
Content marketing
Generating traffic

Don't get mixed up in easy ways to build links, the only way to reliably earn rankings and traffic is to earn links. It's hard work, so be prepared to put in the time.

I hope that gives you an idea of where to start.

Regards, Mark.

Hi all

Can anyone help me on how to get more traffic to my website so I can be ranked higher on Google search.
More traffic will not improve your ranking.

In any case, it's not more traffic you need it's more conversions. 10 conversions from 100 visitors is better than 1 conversion from 1000 visitors.

    Hi all
Can anyone help me on how to get more traffic to my website so I can be ranked higher on Google search. Thanks
    Manuel

I already visited your website and I noticed that your title is too long and the recommended length is 60 to 70 characters only (meta title contains your important keyword and it should be short and specific) and for the description 160 to 170 characters in length -must contain your important keyword and offerings to your targeted audience (meta description will be used by Google as your snippets in the search results)

Build a site that meets the needs of your visitors, that they trust and enables them to complete the deal with as little hassle as possible.

Your website is confusing and overly complex. I'm not going to pay £50 for a massage from a website that only has a mobile number, no address and no apparent means to make a booking. Trust is very important and your site doesn't do that for me.

...and that you can link to from social media accounts.
Why would you want to do this? If google has already indexed and ranked the article then SM linking is irrelevant (especially as it's no-follow). Remember the OP wanted more traffric to improve ranking - which as ane fule kno doesn't work.

I would use social media just for free traffic, not with any ranking strategy in mind.

Seosopt is correct, you need lots of little adverts to drive actual new business.

Content is very important, eg: experts guides about massage, industry news, perhaps adding a specialist forum about massage etc etc. Content is gold and is hopefully what will get you one-way links, but you need to work hard at content and it wont happen over night - it takes dedication and sheer work. Suggest starting off with a content blog and build from there.

To rank highly in the search engine you have to target specific keywords to rank for. Then you have to optimise your website for those words and then build a diverse steady flow of backlinks to your site. Alternatively, Facebook paid ads might be worth a look.

Google way of ranking now is different and automatic all businesses who think they are doing a good job might went on the wrong direction to gain the right traffic.

The site is new and I guess that you should hire someone to handle your SEO or at least to coach you. Jingling in different directions to gain traffic (Paid ads) can get you costly and conversion may be poor.

Content is very important. But before that think that On page requires more attention than ever!

A good way to go about getting traffic to your site is using google adwords, yahoo ads, Bing ads, Facebook marketing etc. To get cheaper traffic source, you can utilize pay per view. Some websites offer pay per view service as cheap as $1 for 1,000 views which will save you a lot of money. Some reputable pay per view sites out there are Adfly, Bidvertiser, trafficmedia. Just google their names and you will find them.

I'm sure you'll get lots of answers on here, it's worth reading through the forum to get a better idea of how SEO works - and perhaps read a few blogs like the Moz blog.

I've got to say I like your site though, it's clean and easy to read - I hope it works well for you.

There is no doubt that we can generate a bulk number of traffic but it will not increase conversion rate very well because we are just forcing visitors on social sites to see our services or websites and post i mean to say that those traffic which comes to search their selves is more important for the website because this types of traffic search you to get or buy your services or products.

Don't blindly chase traffic, chase targeted traffic.

Targeted traffic is harder to get, mainly as fewer websites are available that allow a freebie, and the freebie link, as in getting an actual weblink - has been cut down dramatically. A free listing yes - weblink much harder to obtain.
