Microsoft's Ballmer suggests Microsoft Surface to sell for $300 to $800. The lower price for Windows RT and the higher price for Windows 8 (Pro) which will run existing apps not just those available from the Windows Store.

I take it you do not mean the interactive coffee table that went by the same name? For $300 I will buy one for every room in the house!!

ah yes, the interactive table that recognizes fingers, hands and other objects placed on the screen which also went by the same name but not the same price, unfortunately. I think that sells for about £6000.
