Thank you ... would it be OK to call you or you call us at some point. I just think that my limited non technical understanding of things might make email help like walking through mud! I'll PM my number .... if that's OK.... let me know. Thanks, Lisa

Hi Jon. It's not possible to purchase OWA. OWA is integral to Microsoft Exchange server so unfortunately you would have to move your e-mail on to a hosted Microsoft Exchange server to take advantage of Outlook Web Access.

There are a number of hosted exchange suppliers out there if you don't want to host your own exchange server. Hope that helps.

I've worked out to create new folders ..... but I just can't see how to move emails in to them .....I'm sure it's really obvious but I just can't see it!!!

Also when I hit the reply button .... the reply is sent to the website and I have to cut & paste the recipients address ... how can I stop / alter this set up?

I hope that makes sense .... they are probably ridiculously simple things .... but I'm on such a learning curve at the moment ... my brain just can't cope with this:redface:
Thanks in advance!

I've tried drag and drop ... nothing happens .... it just jumps back to it's original place ....

When some one fills out the contact form .... I view through the M O Web Access .... but the sender is [email protected] [[email protected]]

and so to reply I have to cut and paste the recipient's address and also it tries to send to the above address ... which comes back with an undeliverable message!

Thanks again,

Lisa

Lisa,

You need to get whoever developed your website to change the page that handles the contact form. That's where the reply-to addres is set. It's nothing to do with OWA.

Re the drag and drop. I had an issue a while ago where it stopped working, I couldn't even pick anything up, never mind drop it. Not sure it if it was client-side or server-side, but both were being re-installed anyway.

Right - done some reading and got it - a bit I think. But

Can outlook and outlook web access work/synchronise together.

So at work I am using outlook on the desktop and OWA when at home so that I am seeing the same data set without issues.
