    Hi,
We currently sell on Amazon or on our website. I was wondering if anyone knows any agency who can list these products on eBay, Etsy and maybe other platforms too?
    Thank you

There are loads of tools that will do this for at a range of prices.

Linnworks and Brightpearl are two well known examples.

The marketplace integration apps get expensive with Shopify don't they. Is that why you're looking for a third party integration?

A quick Google search returns loads of integrations tools. But as @Shopclicks suggests this can get very expensive.

If you move to a self hosted e-commerce platform costs can tumble to virtually nothing.

Yes, I have client sites that sync with eBay & Amazon with zero ongoing costs. Using Woocommerce.
OpenCart used to have OpenBayPro for this purpose which was support by Welford Media, but for whatever reason they basically stopped the product.

So if you want to list from OpenCart to Amazon/eBay these days you need to use Linnworks/Channel Grabber/Channel Advisor etc. instead of an extension.

It's probably because these days APIs change so much that developers are constantly playing catch-up and without charging a relatively high monthly fee it can't be done.

How well do the Woo ones work? And are they constantly updated?

Work really well and are kept up to date. The user base is huge so building and updating plugins can be very lucrative. If just 1% of woo site use your plugin that's still 70,000 installs. $10/year subscription is $700,000 per year. Why wouldn't you keep the plugin updated.

And whilst APIs do change, the legacy code will often still work. I built a plugin with paypal integration and haven't updated the API in years and it still works despite umpteen API updates.

That's interesting to hear actually, and from what you've said sounds a lot better than the current situation with OpenCart.

There is a software called Selro that can help you manage all of your marketplaces. I used Linnworks for about four years, but they significantly increased their fees. Selro is a much more affordable option; I believe it's about £80 per month. It allows you to manage your Shopify, eBay, and Amazon listings all in one place, and I found it to be quite user-friendly. It’s worth looking at.

Despatch Cloud have an OPS that starts from free (limited orders per month) through to paid-for version. It also includes inventory management.

They have a full WMS and a channels management tool which you can use to connect sales channels to your own WMS or ERP system.

Hey Solly - good to know. Have you personally used?

We're always looking for better solutions and this particular role in the ecom stack is so critical.

    Thanks,
    Alistair
