Mailchimp Wordpress Issues

Hi, I am trying to use Mailchimp on wordpress.
The issue is I need to create multiple forms for a different list each and I can't find a plugin that will do this.
Sadly Mailchimp is rather poor for creating html forms and I'm hopeless at CSS etc

The best way to do this is use a contact form plugin that adds to existing mailchimp lists. I know my plugin does this, I suspect others will do the same.

The ones I have tried will only handle 1 list

I mostly use contact form 7 as it is pretty well supported. Codecanyon will have a mailchimp integration plugin for it. There may be a decent free plugin through the WordPress site itself, but these tend to be watered down or ad-packed.

Contact Form 7...In that, you can customize the form and the mail contents flexibly with simple markup.

Klayvio handles basic mailing lists, but I've no idea of it's GDPR implications (with 9 days to go it probably should be on your radar).
