Thank you, Gillie. It's been a pretty normal day but I did spend last Saturday at Champneys Health Spa near Ashby-de-la-Zouche (part Christmas present from my sister, part birthday present from mum and dad, my sister and my husband and part pure indulgence ), which was divine but just not long enough!
