Im sorry, I dont have any money. I have had a really bad day. I nearly got thrown out my house. I have no job. I lied to my parents about signing on when I haven't. Im sorry everyone, I am just looking to start something on ebay. Things are really bad at home. I have this friend in my town and he offered me a space in his shop to do mobile phone unlocking and sell mobile phone stuff.

I think it's great that your friend has offered you a space in his shop. Now you are homeless will he also let you sleep outside in the doorway? If so I have a large box you can sleep in.

Ah.... but did he intend to lie and con or was he just playing while his nappy was being changed? ;)

Not so sure anyone would get sucked in and if they did, maybe they shouldn't really be on a business forum

You are completely right, I would imagine if anyone was conned by the op it would be due to them having the IQ of a Cauliflower.;)

Still not right though, to come on here asking for one thing, when you are actually, in reality, searching for a victim to fund a completely unrelated idea.

I don't think desperation and begging will instill confidence in any potential investor.

Now, bear with me while I walk you through this..............

Your friend has offered space in a shop............
= he knows you well
= he owns a business
= he stands to benifit from increased footfall from a popular mobile unlocking service located in his store
= so have you asked him to invest?

Although I suspect anyone who is paying rent / rates on a shop and has enough empty space in it to fit an extra business probably has questionable business sense.

He is simply offering me the space in the shop, I told him that im good at unlocking and repairing mobiles phones. I really would like an investor and a chance.

Afternoon everyone, The money I need for the business would be spent on:

Mobile Phone Unlocking Equipment
Flyers
Shop Sign
Mobile phone accessories
Business Cards
Mobile phone repairing equipment
20 x brand new boxed basic pay as you go mobile phones
20 x good mobile phones

I am happy to give away a % of the business and with Christmas coming up I can sell any of my products for example, Christmas novelties. Nick

If your unlocking phones why do you need to buy mobile phones or any accessories? Surely the customer will bring their phone to you!

Why not just start with unlocking. Using the profits from that to expand in time rather than trying to run before you can walk. Therefore, all you really need are some simple flyers and unlocking gear. And if you are good at unlocking phones then I assume you have the equipment required already.
