Hi everyone. I'm looking for a take away owner for a collaboration with my cake business.
I'm in Liverpool, but I can move for the right partnership.

How it works:
You let me use your kitchen, and get a cut of each and every item I sell.

I can share the space with you or be there when you're not, whatever suits you best.
I will sell through delivery apps, at markets, off-site events and online and you will get a cut from each sale.
You can also add my items to your own menu and sell them to your customers for the biggest cut without even worrying about unsold items!

If you're interested please contact me for more info

Maybe I’m being a bit thick here but why would a takeaway have an oven suitable for baking, prep and storage space? Most are pretty much full up with their own stuff.

Have you thought this through? I'm not take away expert, but im pretty sure selling through take-aways isn't a great market (I may be wrong though)

What is your primary goal? If it's compliant kitchen facilities, I'd suggest you talk to a local pub to use their kitchen when they are closed

If it's routes to market, you need a rethink

Agreed, I doubt a takeaway will be suitable for you. I assume you’re thinking that you’ll use it during the day when the takeaway is closed at night?

I needed something similar for a business we were looking into at one point. We spoke to golf clubs - they often have kitchens that are used for functions as required but otherwise sit empty during the week (or at most might do a few bacon butties and coffees). Cricket clubs might be similar. we also spoke to a pub nearby that had a kitchen as it had previously done food but they’d stopped doing foot and become drinks only.

I’d focus on something like the above, and I’d be extremely surprised if you can’t find one within a reasonable distance!
