    Honestly, your website needs a lot of work; not just some changes ;)

    If you're targeting the UK market, there are very many things that I would change. So many, in fact, that in the long-term it would be advisable to look at rebuilding the site with SEO considerations in mind, rather than patching up the current site.

    From a user standpoint, it can be a little confusing. Some pages (such as this one), are completely unnecessary, for example. Many pages need more descriptive content. Categories need better introductions and explanations. Without being overly negative, there is a lot that needs work.

    As SEOpie says, the sites needs a lot of work before you even think about SEO. I doubt you will be able to fiddle with the code as it seems to be some sort of proprietary platform. So a new site may be the best way forwards.

    I would agree with the above. the website is not responsive, and the advice you have received is correct. The simplest way to look at it is this;

    If you bring 1,000 visits to your website, how many of them convert into a sale?

    If your answer is less than 1%, then you should be looking to resolve that before paying to generate more traffic

    If you answer is "I don't know", then you certainly need to be able to answer that question before you can make an informed decision about how much money to spend on SEO

    I would pretty much guarantee your conversion rate will be less than 1%....purely based on spending 5 minutes on your website. You absolutely have to look at going responsive, and having a website which works on mobile and tablets...that alone is an SEO factor, let alone a major factor in determining your conversion rate.

    We just want to make some changes in website .

    The website is dull and plain, I would suggest to make a banner headline for the home page to make it attractive for the new and regular visitors. A personal review from your past clients will do in the home page.

    Was half expecting to see people come in and pitch for work but thankfully I was proven wrong. All above are correct. After an initial look the site needs a lot of work, i'd be surprised if the conversion rate was higher than 1%. There isn't much of a foundation to work off i'm afraid and SEO is not a 1 man job anymore, it requires good web design, ux, web copy then you can look at things like meta titles and link building.

    My advice: If it won't convert on adwords, don't bother with SEO.
