If you don't have the budget to invest in online advertising or SEO, then it sounds like you need to invest in some SEO training for yourself and then put together and implement an SEO plan to help your sites rank well. (This will of course depend on your having well written, interesting, regularly updated content that appeals to your target audience).

Tricks are just like getting risk.
Online advertising is a broad industry. What kind of online business are you referring for? Kindly be specific in your thread for us to provide help according to the competition of your product and services.

you can submit your links to as many social bookmarking websites like facebook, twitter, google+,pinterest, stumbleupon and so on.Also create articles and submit in various sites.

Those are not social bookmarking sites. Its social media sites.
It looks like you are trying to....... :D

On top of what fisicx said, I would also advise against creating links on your own sites pointing at other sites of yours. Unless you are clever and know what you're doing, it is easy to spot by Google and will be relatively worthless.

    SEO tips and tricks?
    1. Create websites for the visitors. Make them interesting, engaging, easy to navigate and well structured.
    2. Make sure you carry out keyword research and implement this into your on-site tags and content, without affecting point 1.
    3. Build links. Not by registering with loads of directories, but by contacting other sites and offering them something for a link; a free product, a discount code, content, (not a reciprical link). If you can, don't suggest the link, but suggest that your site might be relevent to one of their previous posts, or that you have a page that might help for reference in one of their posts, etc. Send free products to prolific bloggers for review. Make interesting videos of your industry. Create engaging lists and share them using social media.
    etc. etc.

Have a beverage and think about what it is your prospects care about, what frustrates the heck out of them, where they would spend £XXXX instead of taking that holiday to Spain.

Then think about what you can share, create or write about, and give to them, which would make them tickled pink.

Sketch the outline of the content, do some keyword research to get ideas for clusters of related terms, write 2000 to 2500 words on the topic, keeping in mind that the reaction you need is a "Holy Cow - that's an Epic Post about _____". Anything less than that is akin to painting camouflage on the pages and wondering why no one can find you.

Be remarkable, be giving, be prolific, be prosperous.

I would start with you're competition that is ranking above your website, for example:
    • What are they doing better than you?
    • What do they do badly that you can capitalise on?
    • What type of content do they post?
Think about the improvements you can make to your website in the context of your competition.

Avoid buying anymore sites until you have mastered ranking the existing sites otherwise you will spread your resources too thin :)

Google recently installed a series of updates called Panda. This has significantly changed the way websites are ranked. Some of the more traditional methods used for better rankings, such as posting back links from directories, forums and blogs, and using dedicated blog sites pointing to your main site, have been severely downgraded and some might even harm your rankings. Backlinks from highly respected, relevant sites might still work but they are almost impossible to get these days and if you pay for them, you are definitely asking for trouble.

As for social media, well the fact is, almost all of it does nothing to help your website rank higher in SERPS. Google does not rank your site any higher because you get lots of 'Likes' for your Facebook page, or mentions on Twitter. Social Media marketing should be viewed as a possible platform to build up followers who might buy from you, but as an SEO mechanism it's a non-starter. There is one important exception to this - having a Google Plus account DOES help, with identifiable improvements in SERPS if you use it wisely with the odd link to a page on your site.

The main thing you need to do is the basics - get your page titles, keyword density, image ALT text etc. right in the first instance. Ensure you have at least one H1 tag on each page, with the most important keywords in it. Use a good website analyser to identify any issues you may have missed (there are plenty of free websites that can do this for you, all you need to do is type in your URL), and also check for potential problems in Google Webmaster Tools.

Google's aim has always been the same, since it was first introduced: they want the most relevant results to come up highest on search for a given term. Anything that you can do, or try to do, to trick your way to the top will either get punished now, or after the next Google update.

Make your website perfect, and ensure you update the content on a regular basis, including on your homepage.

It would be nice to know what you have already done for SEO. Without any further information, all I can say is to increase your site content. Don't just add more posts, make them long and indepth up to 1000 words or more per page. Constantly revise and update your home page. Get links back from other bloggers via editorial/review links. Just a few things that might help.

I think Jayser100 covered most of it.

People often overlook some of the on-page SEO like H1 headers. Big brands can get away with using image headers as they boost their rankings in other ways, but smaller sites need to focus more on the raw text that Google spiders from their pages.

Also, make sure that your title and description tags are attractive to humans, rather than just keyword stuffed. Apparently, Google put quite a lot of emphasis on click-through rates now when ranking sites, so make your title and description so that people will actually want to click them. Give them a reason to do it!

Finally, don't forget the image ALT and TITLE tags. Not only can this help your overall page SEO, but I also find that a lot of my traffic comes from Google Image search, so make sure that your image tags are optimised with relevant keywords.

    Regards

    Jason
