looking for an seo tool

I'm looking for a tool or site that can do this - not analyse all the usual SEO stuff but just concentrate on site structure and architecture. Ie main directories, their names, common themes, linkage inside the site. Anyone know of such a tool or site?

google keywordtoolexternal does site-wide keyword analysis, but for anything more comprehensive i would do it manually. i wouldn't even feel confident writing a tool for it because i wouldn't know what to look for. there's so many variables

WebCEO? Haven't yet looked at everything it can do, perhaps something to consider if you aren't using it already, though I think it's more geared up to optimisation and submitting rather than actual structure, though it can check backlinks etc

Thanks for the input. None of the suggestions have really hit the spot. What I'm after is something that doesn't probably exist. Most seo "site analysis" is too shallow to cover the aspects I'm after.
