Looking for a NAS device for home use

Anyone recommend a NAS drive for home use, budget around £200 give or take.

preferences
1TB or 2TB storage area
raid 0/1
BT

nice to have
low energy
built in wireless

It doesnt have wireless or bluetooth, but it's a great unit for the cash.

I have a Netgear Stora, which are very much the cheaper end of the NAS drives, and do have some missing features (which can be added via a bit of creative SSH'ing!)

It does offer a RAID facility and has two drive bays, so I think it supports up to 4tb in total across the drives, but don't quote me on that.

I've never had any problems with mine, and it does what i want it to do, without costing a forture
