What are you offering this business partner?

50% of the business? 100k per annum? Free clothes?

Hello, I have some good contacts in the industry, I have a friend who designs and manufactures for ASOS. Please message me with more details, samples of your designs and design boards.
Hi- Please can you DM with specific details. ASOS sounds good for smaller quantities. But your friend may not like having another competitor. Please let me know.

Hello AJ, we would be happy to discuss this in more detail with you. Please DM me with a sample design board. Happy to sign an NDA before hand. Best wishes, B
Hi B, we are currently working on SS18 and still at conceptual level, But we can share what we have done for SS17 for different brands. We are not a brand but women's wear clothing supplier.
You may need to DM your details to arrange a NDA. Thanks AJ

We are still looking for a business partner who can take us to Primark/ASDA/Tesco- the volume retailers. We can offer very attractive return which can be negotiated. It can be 50% profit sharing or an attractive commission. Any help and advice where to find such people. All the comments will be highly appreciated.

It's not going to happen. The people who have influence with these brands will want money upfront not promises of a profit share that might never happen.

Doing a deal on NET rather than GROSS is a non-starter. All an unscrupulous person would have to do is pay themselves all the profits so that it resulted in 0 net profits to be split.

Plan on some up front cash as an introduction fee, or up front plus % of order value for all orders placed to them over the first 24-36 months.

You could negotiate any deal, but in the limited similar experiences I've had, I'd expect something as above.

If you've tried things like https://www.primark.com/en-ie/about-us/suppliers and failed, there's likely some reason you're not going to get orders from them (not meeting their conditions which all suppliers must meet).
