Hey guys

Just thought I would share a little incident the other day when I was picking up a car.

Got to the hub where I was picking up from a few other drivers waiting for their vehicles, me and one gentlemen got talking started to evaluate the guy as we all do then as my eyes got to his chest there it was, there right on his high vis right there my logo.

The only good thing was I had changed the colour and the font but you could still see it was the same logo.

Now for the new guy/girl take time and create something unique, if a customer mistakes your for their company by just the logo (that what a logo does your brand) and they are terrible thats not good for you...

Reason for not following my advice was due to getting the business up and running and getting them readys flowing trying to anyway that was the most important thing to do because of the shortage of funds.
Getting my cash flow was my most important task after all the right and legal things to do.

Many people have taken time out here to help me so thought the little I know I'll give a little back...

I think the OP tried to save money on logo design by knocking something up himself, but then was having a chat with a competitor and noticed they had a very similar logo.

The moral of the story, trying to save money by taking shortcuts will cost you in the long run.

I think I've got the long and short of it...
