Hi,

One of my acquaintance is looking to setup a Gourmet Takeaway Chain.
He is aiming to start the first one in Central London.

Can anyone suggest a good Commercial Property Agency for Central London areas?

I would suggest that he walks the streets of the area he is interested in trading from looking for suitable premises.

Normally commercial estate agents have boards outside premises for rent, he can then contact them.

Try shopproperty.co.uk - if you know the location roughly you can get a pretty comprehensive list of properties to let by various agents

Why not check out www.gumtree.com there are a few shops on there to let, you will need A3 class for this.

He should search for Chartered Surveyors in London. If its Central London, there are big agents like Savills etc who will be relevant.
