Lender required for owner occupied commercial property

One of my landlords wants to sell the commercial property I rent and I would like to buy it.

However, as my accounts have mitigated tax, they were not prepared for obtaining finance.

My main bank, Barclays, is unhelpful, so I need to look elsewhere.

Any ideas or suggestions ?

Lenders don't care about 'tax optimization' they want to see evidence that you can pay

In what way(s) have your accounts mitigated tax?

Either the business is profitable and support repaying a loan, or it isn't.
