We have great success with leaflet distribution. However, you need to do this regularly (we distribute 10,000 leaflets every 3 months), have a great time limited special offer. You will find after 1 year that people recognise your brand and you're getting more enquiries / leads.

We distribute the leaflets door-to-door so no database is required. We have a company who distribute the flyers for us.
