Lead generation

Hi,

I have worked with Lead Generation companies for some 14 years and have always used them as the core source of revenue for my business. I used leads of this nature for mainly Mortgages and Insurance.

There are many reasons Leads do not work to different companies. The lead is only as good as the person who is going to receive it. Leads are not magic beans but work for the right people with the right processes in place.

I work very closely with my clients to ensure they have the right processes etc in place to ensure they are going to get a good ROI. Sometimes it is obvious from the get go that the leads will not work for a whole host of reasons, mainly time that be designated toward keeping the prospect warm and also having the right processes in place. If the firm cannot adopt these changes (if they need to) then the lead simply will not work for them and they will lose £. I do not take any clients on whom will not have the right tools in place to make a good ROI. I may look at different options for them if I have options available that will suit.

I have many happy clients whom take different types of lead from me but mainly at the moment the key lead seems to be Life Insurance Hot Key Leads. However the Call Centres I work with can generate leads for many different products.

If you are looking for Life Insurance Hot Keys or wanting any other form of Lead Generated please drop me a message to see if I can be of any assistance. If the Call Centres can generate it and you get a good ROI then everyone is happy!

Thanks

Chris

Like RTPL said, success also depends on how well you handle the leads you are given. Badly used they will result in nothing. It doesn't mean the telemarketeer is at fault. Normally customers can define what they mean by a 'lead' when they commission a campaign - and they are they ones they will be sent.

And telemarketing is like other forms of lead generation - inc direct mail, email marketing etc. It's suited best to well targetted campaigns where the size of the potential sale is big enough to match the cost of the telemarketing campaign. For example, I wouldn't use telemarketing to get leads to sell domestic cleaning.
