If you're talking about recovering from Google Penalties then the Link Detox tool is useful.

It isn't bang on though so take what it says with a pinch of salt but it helps by pointing you in the right direction - and giving you a report you can use straight into the Google disavow tool.

Just sign up for it yourself...its pretty straightforward. Its a good investment. You can then send the info to your SEO company to keep them on their toes.

Besides - if you have an SEO company surely they can answer your question? They should know exactly what needs to be done - you are paying them afterall.

Most of your links are on link pages, so the SEO company should be able to just email and get the anchor text changed or the link removed.

Link detox will throw in lots of false positives here, some of your links are questionable but probably passing weight so tough one to call on whether it's toxic. If Penguin gets dialled up more and more then it may hurt in the long run. Risk vs. reward.

Your link profile is way too heavy on anchor text though. Zero brand signals.

...no bad or toxic links just too many money anchor text links
Did they build these links?

If so then just get them to remove the links.
If not then whoever did should have details of all the link requests so just need to ask for removal.
