Kashflow question??

I ran the year end report in Kashflow and forgot to take a print off of the profit and loss for the year.

When I do a profit and loss for the period required it is no longer there !! How can I get back to a copy of my profit and loss for a particular year??

Delete the year end journal

I suspect that you will have to enable it first if you cannot see journals in the tabs.

Go to settings>advanced settings and tick the box 'Enable Journals' (5th option down). Click update at bottom of page.

this will then give you the journals tab.

Delete the year end journal, pull off your profit and loss report and then run the year end process again.

I had visions of inputting all the data again

If you go to Activity reports in General report you will be able to view last transactions. From where you can identify year end transactions. Download this report and then delete the required transactions as explained by Alpha. After printing profit and loss account you can re-enter these entries.
