Just some quick advice...

Hello there, my name is Paul Mawson and I am just looking for some quick advice based on a new company.

I am looking to start a new company and I was wondering, what legal documents would I need to have.

I am not planning on employing anyone else therefore I will not need contracts of employment I know that.

The business that I am looking to start is a website hosting business, therefore will I need a specific terms and conditions written up or is there anywhere that I could find a pre-written one?

Also, will I need contracts for anyone who I am making a website for to ensure that they don't just pay one month and then run with the website layout that I designed, again, would I need a specific one writing or could I find a template on the internet.

Any help will be gratefully appreciated,

Paul Mawson.

Hello,

I think I need a terms and conditions suited to my needs (Website Hosting) as well as a contract of purchase which can be a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month contract, preferably all three.

Thanks,

Paul Mawson.

You will need:-

1. Terms for all visitors to your website ie to include those who do not become customers
2. Privacy Policy
3. Cookie statement to ensure consent to their use.
4. Website Development Agreement
5. Hosting Agreement
6. Service Level Agreementto cover website maintenance and response times
7. Terms of contracting with any sub-contractor developers who may help you out for part development

Do not copy from others. Firstly youmay be breaching someone's copyright and anyway you will either damage other parts of your 'legals' through conflicting terms or overlook terms that can better protect you.

Have templates for all of the above and can adapt for a consistent whole.if you would like me to 1uote the fee plead PM me.
