Job Titles

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for alternative titles to Account Manager. The role involves looking after our customers and ensuring they are making the most out of the services we offer (making courtesy calls). They will be doing this mainly by phone.

Relationship Manager?, Customer Relations Manager?

Thank you. I was thinking of something to replace the 'manager' bit. I am always a bit wary of putting manager in a job title. It seems to go to straight to some people's head.

Account Holder? Account Handler? Relationship Supervisor? Customer Service Inspector?

Services/Solutions/Account

Representative/Analyst/Specialist

or Pee on dogs body!!!
