Hey guys,

We have a site that offers remote computer fix and solving IT problems remotely]for less than £5 per session. The site name is www. jinjoon.com. We drove some decent level of traffic but weird thing is that the conversion is quite low. Anyone could spot any problem with it? Could anyone help fill in a 7 questions survey (literally takes less than 1 minute to fill in) so we could get some feedback and insights about the site? https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SH3FY5Y

Thank you all very much!

Sean

Question 6 i ticked OTHER but was forced to choose an additional option, there is one big problem for me

IF i have a problem with my computer, I cannot then use my computer so how on earth do i let you access it?

SLAP A NUMBER ON THERE TO CALL SO YOU CAN TALK ME THROUGH IT and that makes a world of difference

When I open your website I cannot see your ACTUAL SERVICE! * I have to scroll down to see what it is you ACTUALLY OFFER

Refresh is an obvious and easy function these days, it is put right there as an option so you do not need to KNOW computers to do this, IF it is more terminal, then I cannot use my machine so HOW can you help?!

For me you need to answer this question as soon as i find your site!

IF you said

If your computer is frozen, we can still help! THEN I would be in (I have a guy but you know what i mean)

For i.t. problems happening if you can REAL TIME contact me to say you have a virus.. that would be great!

I suggest your header banner is MUCH smaller and you show some of the services

BROWSER HIJACKED
MAC REPAIR etc in the saved space so people KNOW what you do without having to go search for info

5 quid, now it sounds like it will produce big numbers, but frankly for 5 quid I am expecting monkeys to TRY and fix my computer, try 20 quid for a professional service your pricing will be inelastic and can only help you.

Anyway, if i knew what it was quickly i might be interested, but having to do work to find info is not the modern way. SHOW ME NOW OR LOSE ME

I would sell a check NOW to ensure your pc is working perfectly and then a subscription monthly with 1 check a year as part of the deal... like insurance

Offer a small business service for 2 to 5 machine and so on...

It seems like you have put a lot of effort into creating a pretty website that does not introduce me easily to a service that is properly aimed at me..

IMHO your conversions are poor because the price is too cheap, you will get some people interested (they always buy on price) but the serious buyers won't take you seriously unless you charge more. £5 screams out amateur to me.

You can't be making money from £5, lets say I have a deep problem that takes 2 hours to fix, I only paid £5 for 2 hours of your time e.g. £2.50 an hour, an serious business needs to be asking for £15+ an hour to be even close to make any money.

If you had one fee at more reasonable cost then your conversions would go up, don't give me a choice, tell me what I need to pay and how to pay. Offer a money back guarantee if you can't fix it e.g.

Remote Support Only £30
We find, diagnose and fix your issue(s)
Money back guarantee if we can't fix the issue
Buy now

I would also put in a terms and conditions so someone doesn't take the P with you spending hours with them e.g. Each support call is limited to 30 minutes / 3 issues

I don't want to be paying for your time, I am paying for your expertise in diagnosing and fixing my issue, so I would expect you to be charging an experts fee.
