Hello!
Is Transfer of Tax Domicile to another country possible while working for a UK employer in the UK?
How does it work?
What are the requirements?
Do employers need to do accept it and process tax in a special way or can they give the salary to me and I can declare it to whatever country I want?
Thanks!

I believe you are generally taxable in the country where you are working - so if somebody is normally resident for tax purposes in Timbuctoo but is working in the City of London, then he's taxed in the UK. I am not sure whether a double taxation treaty has any effect if you are physically working in the UK, so get proper advice!

What is ypur normal country of residence? What connection do you have with another country? You cannot just say I want to be tax domiciled in Lichtenstein because the tax rate is better!

So that you know, the City of London is a tax haven for those with wealth. Unsurprisingly, most banks operate in that jurisdiction cause anyone working within that land sector is not subject to UK laws.
Attributed to the land of made up facts.

Well it's true to say any of the property funds I have been involved with in a past life are all held offshore, and you would be pretty gobsmacked of how much property that involved ..... but that's a whole different scenario to what the OP's question was about if we could all choose our own tax domicile well that would be great but the country would be on its knees .... ops it probably already ready is but thats for another thread ?
