Hiya guys

I am hoping you can help me here can someone use my business name e.g mine is coventry cleaner mothers help and someone has just set up[ rugby cleaner mothers help and has stole my ideas even though mine is coventry cleaner mothers help some people know me as cleaner mothers help and io can see this getting confusing plus im on first page of google so im thinking they are gonna benefit from this having the same name .

If your name is that, ie a factual description of what you do, then it is not possible to protect it as they too are just describing what they do and that is allowed...

but i have paid alot of money to ad words etc to get my site to the top and now my keywords are gonna boost there's to the top so how is this fair :|, also they have clearly been on my site and taken words phrases etc

Irrelevant... Ref ad words...
If you boost awareness of a generic search term, then that will help all to whom it applies...

Ref copying words / phrases, if they are in breach of copyright ask them to remove it or send them an invoice

Difficult to pursue...

I wouldn't worry, they have got a really naff website so aren't going to affect your ranking.

I would however sort out your horrible vistaprint (ugh) hosting as you appear twice in the results page for 'cleaner mothers help'. If you can fix this you may well find you jump from P2 to P1 (not that anyone actually searches for this phrase).

Hmm, not related to your original post exactly, but have just been on your site and noticed the graphic of the woman holing the bucket etc.... is that a generic image or one you had designed youself? Only ask because we happened to have a flier through our door yesterday for a cleaning service with that exact image on- cant think of the name of the company off the top of my head but we are in Leicester

When you say you are going to buy your website, do you mean have a new one designed/hosted else where or buy the domain name?
