Is this cybercrime from Vistaprint?

[HFE Signs]

I typed 'HFE Signs' into Google and was shocked to find the below! Both 'HFE Signs' & 'HFE Banners' are UK Registered Trademarks. They have sponsored the term 'HFE Signs' and included it in their add in attempt to deliberately steel our customers. Is this cyber crime? Where do we stand?

I thought they were a professional and ethical company.

I'm not to sure if its Cyber Crime, but a few companies do this! I've noticed this happening quite a few times. When I used to run my old business, another business stuck our name in their ad!

They must see you as a competitor!

Since when has vistaprint ever been professional? Or ethical come to that.

I was of the understanding, that if its a registered trademark then its not allowed as we own the IP?
