Is exporting in UK is a bit hard to do?

The business man, like manager or sales manager of the companies. For example my company is deal in natural stones so I need to connect with sales manager but they don't reply easily until we do some follow ups. I think It is because they have so many mails in their inbox of other people similar to my business.

Nobody replies easily - they are busy.

Most people will reply if they see something of genuine interest or, better still, if they are referred by a trusted contact.

Give you one hint - if I read an unsolicited email in poor English, it goes straight into the deleted folder.
