Interacting on the forum

Hi,
Newbie alert. Not sure this forum is going to be any good for me. I tried to engage in some interesting threads I read and a message popped up that I am 'not able to post here'. Why would I be member if I cant interact with people? Or am I missing something? Thanks.

Oh ok. Cant remember what they were now, i was browsing around trying to engage and it kept happening.
