Hello you very wonderful and amazing individuals that make up these forums. I truly hope you are having another good week and doing well.

I have managed to improve my motivation throughout the day and have found that i am only productive for around 4 - 5 hours, so i dont try and work any harder than this. I sometimes find, i have paused throughout the day where i am thinking about what to do next, which i know isn't good. I please wondered what would help with the flow, would possibly having a task list written out, that is broken down into smaller steps? Would it be better for instance to create this the night before do you think please? If anyone kindly had any advice on this for better scheduling my day i would be forever grateful and thankful, it would be highly appreciated.

Sending you lots of good wishes and thanks to the amazing people on this forum who share so much wonderful information. Hope you continue to achieve massive success. All the very best to you.

How about you employ a mentor to help. Invest money in support if you feel you aren’t as productive as you want to be.

But your posts are getting more and more bizarre. I’m not even sure you have a business.

I'm as productive as I "want to be".

I charge accordingly, where I only need 1-2 jobs a day to make it viable, and that it covers slacker times (like when I go on holiday over Christmas) I form an orderly queue, first come, first served.

This week I told a customer their job couldn't be fitted until new year as they delayed getting deposits and artwork to me, and those days are now filled with customers who have, and can produce these jobs at my leisure (I'm full of a cold too at the moment) Gone are the days of working 18hr days, weekends, and not having any holidays.

Depends how much you want it
Depends on if the rewards are high enough

If the high rewards are there if the effort is put in and you still are confused or not motivated then running a business may not be for you
