I am looking to explore an opportunity to import beer from outside EU. Could someone please point me in right direction to setup this business in the UK?

I am mainly looking to:
1. Satisfy licensing requirements.
2. Satisfy legal requirements.
3. Satisfy import duty requirements.
4. Do I need an agent to import these goods?
5. Can I do packaging outside UK?
6. Any shipping related information.

I know it is just tip of the iceberg but would need inputs from you experts in this matter.

Curious. Is this for a new beer or one that is already marketed in this country? I ask because the market is absolutely saturated already, and I would think you might have difficulty with yet another. good luck tho
