Why not? Even in rainy countries people need windows and cars washing, hedges trimmed, lawns cut, ironing done, floors cleaned, fences painted and so on.

If it was that easy we'd all be doing it, it's not. As mentioned above, offer a service. It's spring, grass is growing and will keep growing, most people dont like cutting the grass. So.....buy a lawn mower, Our gardener charges us £25, he does about 4 lawns per day on our road alone, he's 65, retired and works P/T at a petrol station, 5 lawns a day........do something, or keep dreaming.

Just get a 2nd job. Or bet on the horses.
Turning £10 into £100 is easy. It is however work and will cost you time. If just getting by with 7 to 6 presumably 5 days a week that's a bunch of evenings and two days a week you can be doing something else. Or find a job where you are more than getting by - skill up, make yourself worth more, find something better. Find something different.
Unless your contract says otherwise then there is nothing stopping you doing something else in your spare time to make more money. When I were younger I had at one time a free paper route of an evening. 6 hours a week after finishing work, delivering in all weathers. Around 20 miles walking. They still have free papers in your area? Can deliver after 6.

The most likely way is through hard work and working longer hours than what you currently do. Do you have the weekends spare? If so, you will need to use them. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of time and graft to get started.

If you're able to bend down and touch your toes, use your £10 to print some cards to leave in phone booths.
Will someone please give this man a medal or something, some symbol or token of recognition for one of the best, most magnificent posts ever made on this forum!

(Note to self - always put the coffee down before reading posts like that one! Now I have to get a cloth and clean my laptop of all this coffee I have sprayed all over the damn thing!)

Send the bill to Japancool. Remember, where there's blame, there's a claim.

"This is true, but working a 7-6pm job is time consuming also"

This just shows that YOU are the reason why YOU are not able to turn £10 into £100. Do you realise the amount of work that goes into turning £10 into £100. You are not going to do it from one simple, quick, transaction! It will take time and effort. The same if you had £10,000 to start with.

If we can do magic that will certainly turn your £10 into £100, then how easy our life can be. We always wanted to live life to the fullest and to dream of having more money to the extent that we can spend much and work less. But in your case, you must be thankful enough because you have a current job and that you have money to pay your bills, etc. But if you want to earn more, you can do part time jobs during your spare time to have some extra income as well. Also, you can have small business if you want. And learn how to save money.

People say it's good ideas that make money, I don't agree. Good ideas a ten-a-penny. It's executing them that's the problem.

But a well honed business is exactly what you're asking for - we spend £10 advertising our product and hope that we'll make £100 on the profit from that ad campaign.... but everyone here (I think) will agree that it wasn't easy getting to that point.

If I were younger and fitter and lived in a city - I'd do office delivery coffee and doughnuts.

Seriously tho - it's not rocket science, you need two things - 1: a good product or service with a low cost - 2: a group of people that will pay more for that product or service than you paid for it.

Simples :)
