I want the site up and running within the next two months. I also don't have a domain name but you can check this out "www.homesconsultant.net" . I am also open to suggestions. My budget is $5000-$15000 for the web design and development. I have a private consultant for the text content, logos, Video, pictures with the artworks for the website. Please get back to me with an estimated cost for the project as soon as possible.

Why don't you have a domain name? as that is an essential thing to have to even start with a website build.
I suggest at least getting the domain name.

@adammartinez23 - that doesn't answer the question: why do you need a designer in the USA or Canada. Just about everyone here is in the UK.

The site you link to uses a standard wordpress theme available for $64/month. There are cheaper real estate themes.

TBH, I'm even more confused now about what it is you want. Do you already have an IDX account? Are you a registered Real Estate Agent?

Homeconsultant.net is not a good choice. A far better choice is simply yourname.com.
