Starting and growing your business can be a frightening thought, however, like most things, when you know what you are doing, it becomes a lot easier.

With over 20 years of starting and growing my own businesses, I have helped hundreds of people take their first steps in building their own dream and assisted many in their development into established and profitable operations.

It is very easy to make mistakes when starting, some of which can come back a bite you on the bum years after you start. I help people to:

• not make the mistakes that I have made and many other people make as they start and grow
• take time and cost saving shortcuts to reaching their goal
• understand the risks and opportunities in what they want to do
• guide you through the maze of legislation, rules and requirements that you will need to overcome
• keep on track and focussed

With extensive experience in international procurement, product & brand development and marketing, I also work with several businesses as a 'Director On Demand', where I take a more active role as required in developing businesses. It can be very lonely when you start, especially if you are self employed or a 'one man band', so having the ear of someone who not only understands but experiences the highs and lows on a daily basis can bring a lot of comfort and accelerate your plans.
