A week earlier we got huge downfall on keyword ranking. Mostly its on all keywords which is very disappointing. We didn't got any mail from Google and all reports are good, I mean indexing and alexa ranking. Can someone help me to find out and sort this issue.

You need to sort out your hosting www .yoursite.com works but yoursite.com doesn't.

Have you been doing any SEO work? Are the pages still indexed? Have ALL keywords dropped or just some of them? Did they all drop at once or has there been a steady decline? Has traffic dropped off?

There are just too many variables to offer any advice - need more data!

You need to be more specific in your thread for to us to provide ideas, suggestions or solutions to your problem.
What kind of activities do you apply in optimizing your keywords?
    What kind of keywords?
Have you checked the Google Analytics for the behavior of the website?

Yes I checked Google Analytics, instead of organic search queries everything is fine. but I don't know the reason behind this downfall.

There you go, that's the problem - Google has decided they aren't good quality links and your ranking has dropped accordingly.

A quick Google and you are not alone - google seems to have updated something and a lot of sites have dropped. Which points more and more to your SEO work being the culprit.

EDit: James - you've been reading the same reports I have!

The problem is you have stated that your team are building quality backlinks and I fear they are not. If they are building/have built very bad links resulting in a poor link profile, then you will need to clean up that profile, remove the bad links and try and get some balance to your footprint.

If you don't know the difference between good and bad links however there is no chance of you doing this.

I can't say too much as we're not allowed to give site reviews to free members, but a quick look at your backlink profile tells me (with 95% certainty) that your rankings have dropped because of negative link velocity/link loss, as is normally the case when people wrongly assume that their site has been penalised.

However, If you continue building links the way that you are, then you're on a slippery slope. I would see if you can pay someone on here (not me) a few quid to give you some guidance, maybe someone like @OldWelshGuy or @Tin. It would be money well spent.

Note: I'm referring to the site in your sig.
