How do I manage membership?

There's a link in my account to Manage membership, but that just takes me to https://billing.stripe.com/ , and I get no further - they don't send emails that they suggest they will.

If your subscription is paid through PayPal which we discontinued supporting last year, you have to manage your subscription through your PayPal account. Log into PayPal and then view Subscriptions.

Everyone who took up Business Membership since about October ‘23 can do it through the link in your Account page. It works similarly but allows you to update and change payment details as well as also use your PayPal account.
