My website (ticket-selection) deals with selling tickets of various events including concerts, festivals, comedy shows and sports matches. My website keep on adding new events on a regular basis. Sometimes it become difficult for me to manage the website and sales. Kindly give your suggestions on how can I manage my website and increase my organic sales. Your valuable feedbacks and suggestions are most welcome.

Why is it difficult? If you are suggesting you don't have the time to manage the website then employ someone to do it for you. If you aren't selling enough tickets then change the site or change the events you are promoting. However, I fail to understand why you are asking this question when your profile says your occupation is Digital Marketing.

I'm confused. I assumed you were getting visitors but not sales. Are you saying you aren't even getting visitors? If that is the case it means your SEO isn't very good. And posting on social media sites is pointless unless you have thousands of followers all waiting to see what deals you can offer.

So the simple solution is to use PPC to drive targeted traffic.

You might need to evaluate your current digital marketing strategy, what type of activities have you been trying to carry out to increase these organic sales?

There are many digital marketing strategies you could research and try. Creating good landing pages can persuade the viewer to purchase tickets, alternatively you could create various call to actions to get more people to the page you want.

You could pull out some interests about your target market from Google Analytics and target these people by writing engaging posts, conducting keyword research and making sure your Meta Data and content is targeting the right keywords. You could also check out your competitors to see what they doing, and do it better.

There are so many things you can do to increase your organic ticket sales. You got to just re-evaluate things and try new digital strategies!

Apart from the SEO stuff Sandeep go with Hazel C's suggestion: write shortish but useful/entertaining posts about all the events you have tickets for.

Use a formula to make it easy. If you're writing about a pop star's upcoming concert your post mentions: her name, her latest single, her latest album, the event you're promoting, a line or two about the tour she's currently doing and one or two other useful or interesting tidbits. A quick Google search and you'll find enough basic information to have enough for a short post. Add attractive, inspiring photos.

Encourage all your social media followers to sign up for updates so they all see these posts. People wanting to go to an event will share your post with friends they think will also want to attend. Over time your content will gain followers and links thus raising the profile of your site - good for SEO - and potential customers will see you as a source of basic news about artists/events they may be interested in.

Consistency over the long-haul will get this for you Sandeep!

Bah, give 30% of your profits for each event to a different charity and have them promote the events for you. It's a great community builder and way to extend via what are effectively affiliates.

Of course the other advice about content development, optimisation, social syndication, etc, are all good.

I am assuming that you've got email going out to past attendees....

Facebook Ads Sandeep, unsure if you have used them much or not but you can get super specific on which demographic you want to target e.g. rock music fans who are 18+ and live within 30 miles of the venue, whilst the CPC is much lower than Adwords. Hopefully I'm not teaching you to suck eggs here but IMO that should be your first port of call, good luck!

You should try to add a blog to your website, where you write interesting content about the events that will take place. This can bring the much needed traffic, and eventually the increase in sales, that you want.
No it won't. Don't know where you are getting your information but it's wrong.

You should try to write guest posts on highly ranked websites. Make sure that they are related to your industry. In return you will get backlinks. Also, you should be active on social media. There you could for example spread offers/discounts and engage with potential customers.

Best of luck!

No, don't do this. Google has got wise to the practise and you can do far more harm than good.

Achieves very little. SM works best if other people talk about you rather than what you say about yourself.

You should also consider building an email list. You add a box on your website where people provide information about their email address in exchange for a newsletter or "discount". These people have opted in and are more likely to take part of your emails. You can generate sales in this way. You should try different approaches. There will be trial and errors along the way, but you will find what is best for your specific business.

Good luck!
