We'd need quite a bit more information to help; e.g. what's your marketing plan, what have you tried, what's your budget etc?

There are literally tonnes of ways to get traffic (PPC, SEO, email, social, brand building, affiliate schemes, outreach, newspaper advertising etc.). What you want is targeted traffic that converts, for that the first steps are research to understand your customer and your market.

Google ad's can be a quick win, depending on how competitive your industry is, and the margin of your products. Then using the keywords your customer's search, start to build an organic strategy.

Again, how quickly you can rise depends entirely on how saturated the market is.

Prepare to put the work in for a long term gain. Short term would also be things like Facebook/Instragram ads. B2B might even find LinkedIn of use.

Good luck :)

There are various ways to increase traffic. Search a little bit digital marketing theme on the internet, eventually some good books, and you will learn a lot how to use its advantages best for your business. AdSense might be one of the many options, but you need to find the best approach

Hi , my name is betly i just need to know how can i grow more traffic to my e commerce website and how can i increase or grow more sales
Well I think I would need more information about what kind of products you sell to offer you some good advice. Depending on your product, there might definitely be some channels that might send some good referral visits. I once worked with a fashion eCommerce store for which I curated a list of around 8-10 free channels related to fashion where I used to promote their product and they used to refer a great deal of visits to their store. So, can you share your product's niche!

If you want to get huge traffic on your website so you have two way to get it.
  1. Paid Method
  2. Organic Method
If you want to get huge traffic on your website instant then you will have to run paid campaign on Facebook, and Google AdWords.
Don't even know where to start on this. There are so many inaccuracies and errors in this post.

There are loads of way to get huge traffic - depending on the product or service the two you mention may not even be in the list.

Facebook Ads and Adwords may generate traffic but so suggest it will be huge is just wrong.

If you had taken the time to look at their website you would understand why your suggestions are wrong.

In any case, it not traffic you want. It's customers. The two are not the same thing.

Yes it was:
I won't argue there.
Back to the question, to get traffic you need to be visible. To get sales, you need that traffic to be 'quality' one. Best is organic traffic, as those people are looking for kind of products you sell, so very much potential customers.
To be visible, you need to improve your SEO. To do so you need to buy links or exchange them with others who wants to improve their SEO. Or, pay for advertising....
That's all the science behind it.

Nope. You do not need to do SEO. But if that is what you want to do your SEO strategy is wrong.

I wouldn't separate traffic and sales for ecommerce sites. Because traffic without sales is stoopid. And sales without traffic isn't possible. But that's the problem. I don't know why people to separate traffic, conversions and sales.
You separate them because they are not the same thing. You could get loads of traffic to a blog post from people looking for information. These people are not buying so their visit has no value.

What you want is qualified or targeted leads. These are people who already have their credit card in their hands.

So yes, you do need traffic, but you need right sort of traffic. It's like gaining FB likes - all very nice but of no value at all.

I totally agree. You made the good point.
