Nope. You do not need to do SEO. But if that is what you want to do your SEO strategy is wrong.To be visible, you need to improve your SEO. To do so you need to buy links or exchange them with others who wants to improve their SEO.

These people are not buying so their visit has no value.I wouldn't separate traffic and sales for ecommerce sites. Because traffic without sales is stoopid. And sales without traffic isn't possible.
