How long should I keep redirects?

I had my website created by dreamweaver so every page was .html and have now updated it to php eccommerce software. I set up the new website around 8 months ago and created 301 redirects on all the old dreamweaver pages. I have been updating my SEO and found that google thinks I am clocking (???) and I think this could be related to the old html pages. How long should I keep these redirects on my server? I have a pagerank of 4 so don't want to remove the redirects too soon and cause a loss of rank or customers etc.

Any advice appreciated.

Keep them until google has dropped the old html pages from the index.

Not sure what you mean by pagerank of 4. Pagerank scores were binned by google years ago.

Search for your doman name and look at the urls of the results. If they are for the new pages it means google has updated the index
